Will’s journey began when he was born in Oklahoma under the kennel name HaloRidge. His breeder, Nicholle Hoke, is a preservation breeder who takes every precaution to ensure she is following AKC standards, and she uses her many years of breeding to carefully match Dam’s and Sires for her litters. Will is the first HaloRidge show dog to come to Canada. We are so very thankful Nicholle trusted us with her boy!
Will came home to Canada, arriving on my birthday. Although that was not the plan for him to be a gift, he certainly has been.
His show life has been nothing less than outstanding. Will’s first CKC points were won on his 6-month birthday. After his first show weekend he had 9 of the 10 points needed for his Championship. The weekend after his first show awarded him another 4 points, which not only finished his Championship but started his accumulation of points towards his Grand Championship. On Will’s first birthday, he had already been awarded enough points for his GCH, he only needed 2 points once he turned one and on the first day of the show, he did it!
This little man finished his first show year in the top 10 French Bulldogs landing in the number 7 spot. His journey won him many accolades such as BPISS, BPIB, BPIG, BOB and multiple group placements.
