MarKel's first "Bred By" baby. This girl lives vicariously by her name "spitfire", so much so that her nickname is CHET (If you are not sure why Chet is, watch the Santa Claus 2!) Ember keeps us on our toes!!!
We are proud of all of our dogs but Ember being our first MarKel bred dog, her accomplishments feel even that much more special. Ember is out of GCh Paris Dream Bizzy sired by Am Ch Cdn GCh Konigliche ElTorro Marcelino.
Ember, not to be outdone by her parents, she walked into the show ring and came out after 3 show weekends with her CKC Championship. She continued to blaze a trail in the ring to her Grand Championship by being awarded enough points by the time she was a mere 8 months old. On her 1-year birthday, the first date she was eligible to be granted her Grand Championship, she walked in the ring to take BOB and be awarded the necessary 2 points for her Grand Championship. That was a very proud breeder moment, to say the least!
Our plans for Ember are to retire her from showing for now, allow her to rest and be a pet until she has matured and is ready to become a Mom.
